Tony Snyder, Regional Manager—Marketing Services
Coming from our strategic partner, Greystone Communities,Tony is responsible for the oversight of pre-sale and construction marketing activities at Mirador. His responsibilities include assuring that a marketing staff is hired and developed to achieve required sales and timeline objectives as well as to create and maintain an open line of communication with our clients. He is also responsible for managing the advertising process associated with the project goals. Prior to joining Greystone at the corporate level, Tony was the Marketing Director for a highly successful redevelopment project in central Pennsylvania, consisting of 135 independent living apartments. He also has Sales, Management, and coaching experience in the Interactive & Broadcast Media and Automotive industries.

Tony holds a B.A. in Political Science from Lock Haven University of PA.

   
Wendy Gainan, Director of Sales and Marketing
A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Wendy earned her undergraduate degree in elementary education, and later earned her master’s degree in mid-management and curriculum education. Prior to joining Mirador, Wendy was a realtor in Austin and Corpus Christi. She spent several years as a sales counselor for Houghton Mifflin, covering all of West Texas. With 26 years as a teacher and middle school principal for Corpus Christi Independent School District, Wendy has extensive knowledge of the Corpus Christi community. Along with her broad experience in education, Wendy brings outstanding communication and marketing skills to her job as Director of Sales and Marketing at Mirador.
   
Eulonda Lawrence, Marketing Coordinator
A native of Denver, she relocated to Corpus Christi in 2007. Prior to joining Mirador, Eulonda was a Capital Project Assistant with the San Diego County Regional Airport (Quieter Home Program).  She has been with Mirador from day one and enjoys making a difference for seniors here in Corpus Christi.
   

Gigi Glenn, Senior Living Counselor
A native of south Texas, Gigi brings a wealth of experience in sales and customer service to Mirador. She relocated to Corpus Christi in 2007 after having spent most of her adult life in the Texas hill country. Most recently she held an executive position managing sales and operations at a local automobile dealership. Gigi will bring her energy, commitment, and sincerity to her job as Senior Living Counselor.


Denise Fosnaugh, Personalization and Move-in Coordinator
Denise joined Mirador as Personalization and Move-in Coordinator in March 2010, after working as Operations Associate with Edgemere and Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation in Dallas, Texas. Denise graduated with honors from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, with a degree in Business Administration and minors in both Sociology and Wellness and Gerontology. Denise brings with her over 12 years of senior living operations experience including an eight year position in dining services at Swiss Village Retirement Community in Berne, Indiana and a semester-long internship at River Terrace Estates in Bluffton, Indiana.
